If you sign in to Blogger to post a comment, Google asks for some personal information including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. To learn more, see the Blogger Privacy Notice.
If you use the "Subscribe by E-mail" feature to subscribe to Life User's feed, your browser sends your e-mail address to Feedburner. Feedburner does not share your address and only uses it to send you feeds you have subscribed to. To learn more, see Feedburner's privacy policy.
I use Google Analytics to learn about people who visit Life User. It tells me such things as: how many of you are new visitors, how many of you have visited how many times, how many of you are in what city, and how many of you are using a particular browser, Internet service provider or screen resolution. All this information is in aggregate form. Google Analytics does not tell me anything about you and only you. It also does not give me demographic information such as your age, sex, ethnicity or income. For more details, read the Google privacy policy.
I also use Quantcast. Quantcast provides me with information similar to what Google Analytics provides. This information is publicly available. This allows me to detect discrepancies that may indicate a statistical bias or, where no discrepancies are present, be more confident in the data's accuracy. Quantcast also tells me what other sites Life User readers tend to visit. Also, if you have provided demographic information to Quantcast, that information will be aggregated and passed on to me. Like Google Analytics, Quantcast does not tell me anything about you and only you. For more details, read the Quantcast privacy policy.
I use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit Life User. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you when you visit sites that serve their ads. You can opt out of some of this tracking; to learn how, read the Google ad privacy policy and the Amazon.com privacy policy.
Some of my Google AdSense ads may come through third-party vendors that partner with Google and have separate privacy policies. A list of these vendors and their sites is at Google AdSense Help; consult the privacy policies for the vendors in your area.
